Ned is a Land and Investment Specialist with land-sale production totaling more than $22.8 million and 1,070+ acres within the past several years. Transactions include acreage for mixed-use developments, health care, residential subdivisions, retail development, multi-family development and agricultural uses. Mr. Coyle has been very active representing owners and lenders in short sales and distressed-asset sales and has extensive understanding of valuation analysis and enhancement having worked in REO sales on behalf of a former Toledo savings bank (absorbed by the RTC), Trustcorp Bank (now Key Bank), Bank One, PNC and Fifth Third Bank. Ned has more than three decades of experience and has successfully completed assignments for local, regional and national corporations, high net-worth individuals and REITs.
