In 1996, Mr. Martin joined The Reichle Klein Group as a field maintenance professional, responsible for the maintenance of buildings, equipment, landscaping and snow removal, building improvements, daily response to tenant needs and problems, as well as overseeing and expediting subcontractors and their work, including a 17-year full-time assignment to Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, a 93,000-square-foot office building in downtown Toledo, Ohio.
Mr. Martin has since received multiple promotions, most recently to Maintenance Team Supervisor in February of 2018. In this role, he provides training, guidance, direction, and accountability to the Maintenance team and functions as a liaison between the property manager and his team members.
Prior to joining The Reichle Klein Group, Mr. Martin gained 11 years of experience in building maintenance with National City Bank.
