The Toledo, Ohio area apartment market continues to perform well according to the results of the Reichle Klein Group mid-year 2022 survey of the market. Communities comprising over 19,000 units participated in our survey. We found that rents are continuing to rise across all submarkets and unit sizes. The overall market average rental rate in our survey was $915 per month, up $17 from year end 2021. The overall market vacancy rate stood at 4.05% as of June 2022, up from 2.7% at year end 2021.
