Sarah Dorsey oversees and manages a commercial real estate portfolio consisting of clients seeking full-service management, association management, receivership services, facilities maintenance and those preferring accounting-only services.
Sarah specializes in understanding the unique needs of each of her clients and provides service and communication to ensure their 100% satisfaction. In order to accommodate those needs, Sarah brings value to her clients by: maintaining tenant relationships, preparing and negotiating for the “best value” vendor and contractor services, preparing and operating the asset to the budget, administering leases, and overseeing the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports.
Sarah joined Reichle Klein in 2008, and has been an active member of several trade organizations to remain current on events and changes in the local market. She has presided as the BAE for the local Toledo BOMA chapter since 2009. In 2013, Sarah became a candidate to pursue her CPM (Certified Property Manager) through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Prior to Reichle Klein, Sarah gained more than 11 years of real estate experience with a national, multi-family management company. She started her career managing a high-rise apartment community in downtown Toledo, later relocating to St. Louis and New Orleans.
