Reichle Klein Group recently coordinated the lease of 27,000 square foot freestanding retail building at 6645 Airport Highway in Holland, Ohio, for a total consideration of approximately $1,000,000.
Duke Wheeler, CRRP of Reichle Klein Group represented the landlord in the lease agreement with Sauder Furniture Outlet, which will occupy the high-visibility retail space as part of its expansion.
Located along the heavily trafficked Airport Highway corridor, the property offers excellent accessibility and strong consumer visibility, making it an ideal location for Sauder’s growing outlet operations.
The lease was finalized in April 2025.
