Peter Shawaker, CCIM, SIOR, and Peter Shawaker, Jr. represented the seller, Galliers et al while Ron Jurgenson, CCIM, SIOR, and Ryan Miller represented the buyer, I.B.C. Inc., in the transaction.
This property is one of the last six-story operating warehouses with on-site parking in the Warehouse District (south of Fifth Third Field). The buyer plans to renovate into multi-family housing.
