Reichle Klein Group Appoints Brandon Smith as Executive Director, Property Management & Maintenance

Toledo, OH — Reichle Klein Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Brandon Smith as Executive Director, Property Management & Maintenance. In this critical leadership role, Mr. Smith will oversee all aspects of property management operations and maintenance services, while also driving business development for the division.

Mr. Smith joined Reichle Klein Group in June 2025 and brings over 20 years of executive-level experience in construction, transportation, energy, and manufacturing, including roles at Canadian National Railway, Canadian Pacific, and Norfolk Southern. A decorated veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, Brandon served in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom before transitioning into high-impact private-sector roles across North America.

Brandon holds both an MBA and a BA from the University of Toledo, along with a Project Management Certificate (PMP) from the University of Alabama and Advanced Engineering Standards credentials from the University of Tennessee. His career includes managing multi-billion-dollar budgets, Fortune 500 client portfolios, and large-scale capital projects — consistently delivering transformative outcomes.

He and his wife Haley live in Waterville, Ohio, and are the proud parents of five boys. Deeply committed to youth development and mentorship, Brandon volunteers his time coaching football and lacrosse at St. John’s Jesuit Academy, as well as participating in Anthony Wayne Youth Athletics and local AAU programs.
