Professional Experience

Todd Dickerson joined the Reichle Klein Group with more than 23 years of diverse business-development, sales-management and project-management experience serving industries in civil/environmental engineering, economic development and talent acquisition.

Todd worked four and a half years for the Regional Growth Partnership (RGP) as the vice president of business attraction. His primary role was proactively marketing the region’s assets and business case to notable site selection consultants and target industry end users on a national scale. Industry focuses included Automotive, Food and Ag, Logistics and Call Centers/Back Office. Additionally, he was also responsible for responding to inquiries made by consultants and end users looking to make land or building investment in the region while developing a sales plan for target-industry clusters.

Prior to his work for the RGP, Todd spent five years as the business development manager for Mannik & Smith Group, a regional civil/environmental consulting firm. He was responsible for identifying project opportunities and assisting clients with a wide range of technical services which included environmental-site assessments, surveying, site development and infrastructure engineering.

Todd has developed a key sense of how to pull together a development project and avoid costly pitfalls. His diverse and unique experience make him an excellent choice for assisting clients in the real estate market and leveraging his national network of professional contacts.
